The Orange are coming off another 3-0 loss, this time to the Pittsburgh Panthers, during a challenging stretch that has seen Syracuse sink to 6-8-1 overall and 0-7-0 in conference play. Shea Vanderbosch had 14 saves during the clash with Pitt — her second straight game with double digit saves. She’s tied at fifth for most saves in Orange history, and continues to lead the ACC with 84 total saves for the season.
The Orange will try again to end their losing streak against an NC State foe that is also looking for its first conference win. NC State is 3-9-2 overall and 0-5-1 in the conference.
